If you're familiar with the taste of Cointreau or Grand Marnier, then you will be thrilled with the flavor that sweet orange peel can add to your Belgian style strong ales & special holiday brews. It is always recommend to use the amount idicated in your recipe. For full flavor add 1 oz. or more and for a more subtle flavor add less than 1 oz. Typical addition time is the last 2 - 5 minutes of the boil.
