Brewer's Best® Herbs & Spices

Coriander adds a lemon, spicy flavor and aroma to beer. Coriander seeds should be coarsley ground prior to addition. It is alway recommended to use the amount indcated in your recipe. Typical usage amount is 1/2 - 1 oz. per 5 gallons during the 2-5 minutes of the boil.
