Produced using cherry wood. Unique, enzyme-active specialty malt with a blend of pronounced smoke and subtle fruity flavor with malty sweetness that is surprisingly smooth and clean. Commonly used in Scottish Ales, Smoked Beer, Porter, Bamberger Beer, and Rauch Bock.
