Description
Dip into the mash to see if you're in the correct 5.0 to 5.6 range. Higher than 5.6 can cause tannin extraction and cause astringent flavors.
Usage Instructions:
1. Remove one pH test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the strip anywhere other than where you grasp it
2. Dip the test strip into the solution being tested for 1-2 seconds.
3. Remove and allow to set for 10-15 seconds and compare to the color chart for an approximate pH determination.
