Aseptic Sweet Cherry Puree is prepared from ripened, washed and sorted dark (Bings, Lamberts, Vans) and light (Royal Anne) sweet cherries. The product contains no preservatives and no additives. Puree is processed through a final finisher screen that is 0.033".
