Changing your contact information

The name, email address, and phone number provided for your account is your default contact information. Each time you prepare an order, default contact information is automatically added to the Checkout page. If necessary, you can edit the information on the Checkout page before submitting an order. Depending on system setup, you may be able to update your default contact information, so the new information is used automatically on every order.

To change default contact information:

  1. In the My Account section on the right side of the page, click Edit Account.
  2. Change your name, phone number, and email address as necessary.
    Note: If you cannot specify information in these fields, contact the system administrator to update your information.
  3. Click Submit.
